Alex Scheffer has built a career focused on service and leadership with over 20 years of experience in property management and construction operations. He began his journey in 2004 at Fox Chase Contracting, a family-owned business, gaining hands-on experience while earning his Bachelor of Science from Penn State University in 2010.

Now, as CEO of Fox Chase Contracting, Alex is focused on aligning the business to better serve property managers, communities, and industry partners. Alex holds professional designations including CMCA, ARM, and CPM.

Peter is the Vice President of Operations at Fox Chase Contracting, where he oversees and manages all aspects of day-to-day operations alongside the owner.

With over 18 years of experience in the carpentry and construction industry and a tenure with Fox Chase dating back to 2008, Peter brings deep expertise, leadership, and a hands-on approach to every project.

With a passion for technology and a keen understanding of business needs, Jose uses tech to advance business processes and foster growth. Jose holds a Bachelor's degree from William Paterson University and is committed to bridging the gap between technology and business.

Elvis Funez

Elvis Funez is an experienced Project Manager specializing in large-scale roofing, siding, and exterior renovations for HOA and multifamily communities.

He oversees projects from pre-construction through completion, managing scheduling, budgeting, procurement, quality, safety, and client relationships while coordinating roofing, siding, gutters, trim, and exterior improvements. Known for proactive planning and clear communication, Elvis builds strong partnerships with HOA boards, property managers, engineers, and residents.
